GENERAL TERMS
NO CASH REFUNDS AT ANY TIME. THIS MEANS NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS, etc.

PAYMENT
We gladly ACCEPT American Express, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards as well as cold-hard cash. If your order is URGENT, orders can only be placed via phone to guarantee next day delivery, and must be received by PHONE no later than NOON the day prior (pacific standard time)

Like our bricks-and-mortar store in Portland, Oregon, USA, our online store is also a boutique. We carry high-quality products and art that are not mass-produced. Typically, you will receive your goods within ten (10) business days (USA) via USPS. We may, on occasion, sell out of our goods – some are limited editions, small runs and/or even one-of-a-kinds. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed online will not be shipped until we receive credit card authorization, which is typically 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

ART ORDERS:
Artwork online that is also currently IN THE GALLERY will not be shipped until the first Tuesday AFTER the show closes in the OFFICE PDX GALLERY. Date should be listed in the art section of the site; email shop@officepdx.com to for questions or comments.

URGENT or NEXT DAY ORDERS:
All rush orders must be placed by PHONE ONLY to guarantee delivery and must be placed on or before NOON pacific standard time for next AM delivery. Additional rush charges apply - shipping estimate provided or you can supply us with your company’s FedEx number, if applicable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Kindly call or email for a shipping estimate. Shipping fees below apply only for US and are for standard ground shipping. Thank You!

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Terms + Conditions when shopping @ boutique OFFICE PDX
1. NO CASH REFUNDS AT ANY TIME
2. EXCHANGES of goods require that items must be a) unused, b) undamaged c) in original packaging and d) accompany ORIGINAL RECEIPT
3.ALL SALES FINAL: sales or discounted items, art and/or vintage product (sold as-is)
4. Exchanges must be made within (7) calendar days following the original date of purchase (or first purchase), as posted on original receipt.
5. EXCHANGES good for a) store credit b) special orders (excluding shipping) for items available to us from existing brands we carry via catalog/online and/or c) exchange for other in-store goods
6. SALE PRICES are NOT RETRO-ACTIVE and cannot be applied at times/dates other than listed sale dates/times -- as posted in store and/or online.
7. SALES are based entirely at the owner’s discretion and are generally not based on traditional retail models / dates and/or times.
All sales will be announced, generally, day of, on our website (home page and event section as well as through our email campaigns - we suggest signing up).
8. ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING on NON-RUSH or NON-DATE SPECIFIC ITEMS when those items (art or goods) are either a) over $100 and/or b) picked up in person at OFFICE for special orders that are not date specific. EXCLUDES furniture/fixtures
9. CUSTOMER pays for shipping when a) rush order or date specific requirement and/or b) items shipped direct to customer per customer’s request and c) items are required by a specific date/time and/or d) items are considered by most to be heavy furniture and/or fixtures that require extra shipping/delivery, etc.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We’ll fill your order as promptly as possible and make sure to inform you of any delay beyond ten (10) business days after receipt of your order. Keep in mind that goods ordered together may not always be shipped together.

GIFT WRAPPING
OFFICE PDX will, upon request, gift wrap goods in pistachio green or craft colored tissue paper, sealed with a radius-edge OFFICE sticker, placed carefully in a kraft OFFICE PDX shopping bag (includes or excludes your receipt) with our letter-pressed business card in a glassine envelope. All contents are carefully placed an a durable container.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
OFFICE gift certificates are available for purchase online, over the phone, via email or fax in any denomination but redeemable at this time ONLY in person at our Portland, Oregon store. OFFICE reviews portfolios on an ongoing basis, typically booking out shows 6 months to 1 year in advance. To have your portfolio reviewed, please send an email and PDF portfolio, short bio and website link to Cord @ info@officepdx.com. Samples and prints sent will not be returned; therefore, send at your own risk. Typically, we show work by award-winning Northwest designers / artists that are typographic-based or based on graphic design, illustration, architecture or advertising. Typically, we do not show photography of any kind, or artwork based on portraits or landscapes.
General Terms and Conditions : shows open every last Thursday of every month - you are expected to attend the artist reception, promote the show and not be showing your artwork at any other venue in Portland at the same time. Artwork needs to be received in ready to hang format, with title, pricing, bio information and all details in place no later than one week prior to opening. Artwork received day of show will not be accepted. OFFICE reserves the right, at any time, to adjust pricing of any/all artwork. All work is on commission basis: artists receive 60% and OFFICE receives 40% of sales. Payment is postmarked 30 days after the last date of the show and arrives approximately 7 business days following. Cancellations on booked shows are acceptable with a MINIMUM of 8 weeks notice. Lastly, for artists showing work on commission on an ongoing basis, payment is postmarked 30 days after date of sale and arrives approximately 7 business days following.,br>
